Roost and Ride – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Roost and Ride website and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within 2–4 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send tracking info where applicable. Roost and Ride is not responsible for any delays caused by postal or courier services.

5. Returns & Exchanges
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Please see our [Returns Policy] for full details.

6. Product Care
To get the best out of your gear, please follow the care instructions on each garment. We’re not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing or misuse.
