What is Roost and Ride?

Roost and Ride is a New Zealand-born clothing brand made for mountain bikers and everyday adventurers. We create quality gear for life on and off the trails — designed by riders, for riders.

Do you ship across New Zealand?

Yes! We ship NZ-wide with reliable tracked delivery. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the move.

Do you offer international shipping?

We’re working on it! At this stage, we ship within New Zealand only — but stay tuned.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, but you can expect most orders to arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely — we get that sometimes things aren’t quite right. You can return any full-priced item within 21 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition, with tags still attached

  • Returned with proof of purchase

To start a return or exchange, please email us at hello@roostandride.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not responsible for lost return parcels.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to show in your account.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — if you'd like a different size or style, just let us know in your return email and we’ll do our best to help, depending on stock availability.

How do I care for my Roost and Ride gear?

We recommend cold washing and air drying your garments to keep them looking and performing their best. Avoid tumble drying, harsh detergents, or ironing directly on prints.
